Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced backend software engineer to join our organization.

Job Overview

AICS focuses on providing SaaS platform solutions to real-world problems in the healthcare industry. As a backend software engineer, you will design, build, and deploy distributed systems on the public cloud.

  • Design and implement scalable and secure on-prem and cloud-based systems.
  • Build and maintain high-availability backend services and reusable frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize data platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile sprints.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance system performance.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with peer code reviews to maintain code quality.
  • Experience in designing, building, and running microservices in a polyglot environment, leveraging technologies such as TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.
  • Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.
