About the Role:

The Culinary Team Assistant will assist the chef in preparing semi-fine dining cuisine. Key responsibilities include food preparation, presentation, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing kitchen stock and ingredients, collaborating with the head chef to maintain kitchen organisation, and ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen and general housekeeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for culinary arts, a willingness to work on a rotating roster, and strive for excellence in quality and presentation. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Culinary would be beneficial but not required.
