We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a dental intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, patient-centered environment where you can expand your knowledge of dental procedures and gain valuable insights into the day-to-day operations of a thriving dental practice.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Perform receptionist tasks such as greeting customers, scheduling appointments, handling queries and complaints via phone or email correspondence.
- Maintain high standards of patient care at the clinic, ensuring patients have the best experience possible.
- Manage office supplies including dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture.
- Ensure smooth operation of the clinic by liaising with vendors and departments to resolve any issues.
- Submit dental claims via CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, filling out forms, and filing timely reports.
- Minimum A levels
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
