Centre Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Supervisor to join our team at MODERN MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact in the lives of children and families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring alignment with school policies and quality standards.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and deliver the Montessori curriculum, promoting child development and learning.
  • Become the primary point of contact for parents, providing regular updates and building trust through open communication.
  • Take ownership of centre sales and enrolment initiatives, driving growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DPL & DPT).
  • At least 1 year of experience in preschool settings.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • High sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
