As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud architectures.

Drive strategic initiatives to migrate our systems to the cloud, adopt hybrid/multi-cloud solutions, and modernize our platforms.

Ensure that all cloud-based projects adhere to governance, security, and operational best practices.

Oversee the development and maintenance of data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines.

Architect and optimize data lakehouses, warehouses, and data marts to support analytics and reporting.

Implement robust data quality, data lineage, and data governance processes.

Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.

Enforce adherence to engineering standards (CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code).

Review technical designs, code quality, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget objectives are met.

Identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Support client engagements with solution demonstrations and technical proposals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in cloud architecture, data engineering, and team leadership.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Data Engineering: Databricks, Spark, SQL, ETL tools.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on engineering with strategic oversight.
