Fuel Operations Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding position that involves overseeing various aspects of fuel operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing fuel tasks, performing quality checks, handling loading/unloading, and maintaining equipment.
- Fuel Farm Operations: We are seeking an individual who can manage fuel farm operations efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Fuel Bridger and ASV Operations: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing aircraft defueling/refueling and operating related vehicles, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintenance Operations: Our ideal candidate will have experience in inspecting and maintaining GFE/GFP, equipment, facilities, and vehicles, as well as monitoring stock levels and cleanliness.
- Operational Excellence & Safety: This role requires someone who can adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, participate in safety briefings, audits, and exercises, and ensure daily operations meet customer and contract needs.
- Customer Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily operations meet customer and contract needs, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage fuel farm operations, including fuel tasks, quality checks, and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee aircraft defueling/refueling and operate related vehicles.
- Inspect and maintain GFE/GFP, equipment, facilities, and vehicles.
- Monitor stock levels and cleanliness.
- Ensure daily operations meet customer and contract needs.
