Aesthetic Specialist Job Description

As an Aesthetic Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch aesthetic treatments. Your primary goal will be to exceed hands-on targets while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

  • You will perform aesthetic facial and body treatments using safe and professional techniques.
  • Provide professional analysis and recommend suitable products and services to customers.
  • Engage with customers by providing warm and sincere customer service.
  • Assist doctors during procedures.
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking in procedures, answering phone calls, appointment bookings, etc.
  • Assist in stock inventory and ordering.
  • E nsure workstations and equipment are sanitized and tidy at all times.
  • Comply with company rules and policies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Bilingual individuals are preferred.
  • We are looking for proactive and good team players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be well-groomed and able to work retail hours and weekends.
