Job Title: Flame Safety Specialist

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety and integrity of our facilities by designing, implementing and maintaining effective flame protection systems.

This includes conducting thorough risk assessments, developing specifications for system design and installation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Familiarity with local Singapore and international codes and standards is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field such as fire protection, chemical or mechanical engineering, and at least 15 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry.

A strong track record of delivering high-quality results in complex environments is crucial. Experience with LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory. Local Singaporeans and PRs are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement flame protection strategies to minimize risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards
  • Design and specify flame protection systems
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
