Business Risk Specialist

Risk specialists play a pivotal role in the success of our organization. As a Business Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating risks associated with our business operations.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize risks. You will develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring that our business remains compliant and resilient.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining risk management frameworks
- Analyzing financial data and market trends to identify potential risks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date risk registers
- Providing regular risk reports to senior management
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration
- At least 3 years of experience in risk management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
