Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing site access for vendors and third-party personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance with site standards.
  • Performing daily housekeeping checks and recording findings.
  • Supporting Service Management and related processes.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field is required.
  • Accredited training in the installation of copper and fiber structured cabling systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience using Remedy, DCIM tools, and BMS systems is preferred.
  • A good understanding of fault diagnostic techniques, including the use of handheld test equipment.
