Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing strategist to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and enhance brand presence.

This role involves strategic annual planning, market research, budget management, data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and brand positioning tailored to the unique dynamics and compliance requirements of the healthcare sector.

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and healthcare market trends.
  • Define clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and success metrics tailored to healthcare audiences and regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, including patient needs, competitor analysis, healthcare trends, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.

Budget Management & Resource Allocation:

  • Plan, allocate, and oversee marketing resources to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor marketing expenditures, negotiate with vendors and agencies, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide regular budget forecasts and variance reports with actionable recommendations for management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Content Alignment:

  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, medical, compliance, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies support product launches, patient engagement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Guide the development of healthcare-specific marketing assets, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital content to maintain brand consistency and messaging clarity.

Brand Development & Positioning:

  • Define and maintain the healthcare brand voice and positioning, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and materials.
  • Monitor healthcare market trends and competitor strategies to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
