Job Title: Internal Audit Specialist

Internal audit is a vital function that ensures the organization's operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing audits to assess the effectiveness of our internal controls and processes.

  • Plan and lead audits to evaluate the risk management practices, internal controls, and governance processes within the organization.
  • Assess the organization's compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in audit software, tools, and technology, such as AuditBoard and Power BI.
