Marketing Campaign Specialist

This is a senior contract position responsible for driving impactful marketing campaigns and managing high-profile events.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, and event management, with a proven track record in developing integrated marketing campaigns. They will also possess expertise in digital marketing, content management, and social media platforms, as well as excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing and advocacy campaigns to strengthen brand awareness;
  • Lead marketing strategy for flagship programmes, forums, summits, and dialogues;
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content;
  • Manage all aspects of event marketing, including pre-event promotion and post-event publicity;
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, and event management;
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content management, and social media platforms;
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills;
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services, foundations, or CSR/social impact programmes;
  • Copywriting and storytelling skills;
  • Budget management and vendor coordination experience;
