Electrical Engineer Role

As an Electrical System Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of our clients' electricity supply. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections of electrical installations, coordinating with clients and contractors, and carrying out on-site testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth execution of electrical maintenance work.
  • Perform on-site testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations from inspection and maintenance work to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical officers/technicians to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Respond promptly to electrical incidents and power outages, working closely with clients and stakeholders to maintain reliability of their electricity supply.
  • Provide expert advice on electrical systems to clients and stakeholders, ensuring they receive optimal solutions for their needs.
  • Plan, manage, and execute electrical project works to deliver high-quality results within specified timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Class 3 driving license is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in on-site environments and willing to adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Flexibility to work odd hours depending on project requirements and client needs.
