As a Business Development Executive at HPS Partners PTE. LTD., you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic account management and relationship building with government agencies and enterprises.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the government technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management: Lead the bid preparation process, including developing proposals, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory deliverables to customers.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of government technology trends, identify emerging opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project management, R&D, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder with a strong background in business development or account management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software, hardware, or system solutions to government accounts.
  • Proven track record of success in bid management, account management, and team collaboration.
  • Strong network with players in the ICT service industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex project requirements and deliverables.
  • High literacy in business contracts and agreements.
  • IT project management or Agile project management related certification.

What We Offer:
