Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven FP&A Manager to drive financial performance and support business decisions. This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence across the region.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and cost control.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Support business case development for new investments and projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
