Job Overview:

As a renowned expert in data science, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing game-related products. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize quantitative and modeling analysis methods to extract meaningful insights and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.

You will be responsible for participating in A/B test design and analysis, user behavior tracking and retention analysis, as well as marketing campaign performance evaluation. This requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to explore the application of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms in gaming scenarios such as recommendation, social features, and matchmaking system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced statistical models to analyze and optimize game-related products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis to inform marketing campaigns and product development


Requirements:
* Master's or Ph.D. degree in data mining, information retrieval, recommendation systems, or related fields
* Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, and shell scripting; expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other common neural network frameworks
* Solid understanding of commonly used machine learning methods and their applications in gaming scenarios
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills; high sense of responsibility, and ability to proactively drive project execution
* Passion for games and fluency in Chinese as working partners and stakeholders are from China
* Candidates with publications in top conferences or with relevant competition experience are preferred
