Project Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to assume the role of Project Lead in our organization. This position is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, encompassing requirements gathering; design and planning; testing and quality assurance; deployment and go-live; and ongoing risk, cost, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice to stakeholders and support technology delivery in the clarification of requirements, current system functionality, workflow and process design.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies and manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and financials.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
  • Drive execution across the full project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience working on technology projects within banking/financial services clients.
  • Excellent background in compliance/Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer processes from onboarding, client monitoring, and investigation.
  • Similar experience in client lifecycle management, system implementation, compliance systems, e.g., name screening, transaction monitoring, and payment screening or workflow implementation.
  • Understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience in data design and implementations, as well as Artificial Intelligence projects, e.g., fine tuning, creating models.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish professional relationships and influence outcomes.
