Senior Data Centre Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Facilities Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data centre operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard and administer essential fire protection systems, including smoke detection, fire alarm, gas suppression, and pre-action sprinkler.
- Monitor and manage critical M&E infrastructure using various monitoring systems such as UPS Battery Monitoring, Water Leakage Detection, Security Surveillance, Video Analytics, Building Management, and DC Infrastructure Management.
- Be contactable 24/7 via mobile phone and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Conduct regular checks on facilities equipment and environment to guarantee seamless operations.
- Oversee regular servicing and maintenance, ensuring timely submission of service reports and documentation.
- Manage IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) documentation for M&E equipment.
- Prepare annual M&E maintenance schedules with appointed vendors.
- Maintain and update SOPs for data centre operations.
- Liaise with building landlords or facility management for building-related works, such as power maintenance.
- Track infrastructure capacity (power, cooling) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Submit timely monthly reports using approved templates and attend regular review meetings.
