Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Services Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Proskill Workforce Pte. Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large infrastructure projects in Singapore, focusing on Building Services (BS) works for mechanical and electrical aspects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance inspections and be well-versed in BS trade.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Assisting the Resident Engineer in daily close supervision and coordination duties.
  • Inspecting and supervising Contractors' works and tests to Approved Drawings and Specifications.
  • Keeping quality records of all works, monitoring and reporting on work progress.
  • Ensuring the consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works.
  • Implementing quality assurance plans in a well-coordinated manner.
  • Coordinating with Contractors on the execution of works.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Be registered as a Resident Technical Officer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on large infrastructure projects, or solid waste management or water infrastructure projects in Singapore.
  • Be well-versed in BS trade and areas of supervision may include sanitary and plumbing, fire fighting, ACMV, Electrical distribution, power generation, lighting design, security systems, EVC system, ISMS, ViMS, CCTV, FIDS, BACS, IBMS etc.
  • Familiarity with BIM software is an advantage.
