Key Responsibilities- Develop and align Spec Gas/ Spec Chem multi-year Quality roadmaps that align with evolving technology needs and supplier landscape.
- Provide strategic advice to Senior Leaders and Executives on supplier engagement decisions, ensuring alignment with quality goals.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on strategic projects, integrating Quality insights to complement technology requirements and cost targets.
- Lead Supplier Quality Programs aligned to Micron Technology Roadmap, ensuring Quality considerations are taken into account during development.
- Develop, communicate, and report metrics to Senior Leaders and Executives.
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- More than 5 years of leadership position.
- At least 10 years' experience in Semiconductor or speciality gases/ speciality chemicals manufacturing.
- Strong technical background in speciality gases/ speciality chemicals application.
- Good communication skills across all levels, including senior leadership and stakeholders.
