About the Role:

We are looking for a Tender Preparation Expert to join our team at Seatrium. As a key member of our contract management team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, including reviewing tender requirements, generating tender schedules and deliverables checklists, and organizing kick-off meetings with the tender team. You will also be involved in initiating and coordinating insurance reviews, due diligence checks, and compliance, risk assessments. Additionally, you will lead estimating team members to obtain quotations that comply with tender scope of work and requirements, draft proposals, compile deliverables, obtain and finalize key subcontractors' quotations, and negotiate contractual and commercial items.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Preparing and submitting tenders
  • Reviewing tender requirements and generating tender schedules and deliverables checklists
