The role involves collaborating with FX dealers to process transactions, inputting data, and managing payment instructions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and performing other tasks assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support FX dealers in processing daily trade transactions
  • Input transaction entries into the system
  • Process payment/collection instructions efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of trade documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Meticulous attention to detail when handling numbers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to start immediately or within a short notice
