Sales Development Associate

About the Role:

This position is responsible for building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend to all customer inquiries via calls or emails, providing timely and accurate responses to meet their needs.
  • Acquire and process orders, collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless product/service delivery.
  • Prepare customized sales quotations and follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Contribute to upselling company services to existing clients based on their purchasing history, identifying opportunities for increased revenue.
  • Generate regular sales reports and related documents to inform business decisions.
  • Report market trends, competitive pricing, and consumer feedback to management, driving strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support or Inside Sales, preferably from an IT-related industry.
