Senior Construction Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/ Coordinator to lead our construction projects from planning to execution.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure timely completion while maintaining adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • A key responsibility will be to manage project finances, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to achieve schedule compliance.
  • Liaison with clients' representatives will also be required, attending meetings as necessary, and delegating tasks to appropriate personnel effectively.
  • This role involves recognizing and resolving potential problems, evaluating project effectiveness, and mentoring teams by establishing guidelines and procedures.
  • The successful candidate will maintain a safe working environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting quality specifications consistently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent is required.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.
  • A highly motivated individual with at least 1-3 years of experience in the Construction Industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Drawing is mandatory.
