Injection Moulding Manager Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules for automotive components.

Key responsibilities include allocating manpower, overseeing machine operations across multiple moulding lines, and ensuring strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.

Additionally, the individual will be responsible for ensuring all parts produced meet automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001), working closely with Quality Assurance on in-process checks and non-conformance issues, and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions for any quality deviations or customer complaints.

Requirements include 2 years of injection moulding experience, preferably in automotive or precision plastic components, as well as proficiency in manufacturing engineering, lean manufacturing, FDA, quality assurance, ISO, supply chain, root cause analysis, MS Word, compliance, ISO 9001, process control, Six Sigma, mechanical engineering, and technical support.

Able to optimize machine settings to improve product consistency and reduce scrap, troubleshoot process or equipment issues to minimize downtime, and contribute to a team environment with strong communication skills.
