About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, including delivery process management. Your duties will include managing order fulfillments, monitoring all shipments, and coordinating system posting into SAP.

Key Responsibilities
* Obtain shipping approvals from customers and release shipping instructions to 3PL Global warehouses
* Work closely with 3PL warehouses and forwarders on shipping arrangement and resolve shipping issues
* Identify and report shipments that are at risk/potentially drop out in revenue to Channel Sales Manager and Direct Manager
* Manage and support the inventory, perform regular audits on inventory in Singapore
* Prepare and manage inbound and outbound shipment documentation
* Liaise with forwarders on shipment rates/freight quotes
