We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our efforts in automated testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for quality, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in test automation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design, development, and execution of robust automated test solutions across our platform. This role requires a strong passion for quality, strategic mindset, and deep expertise in test automation.

This includes:

  • Design and Development of Automated Test Frameworks: Design and develop scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend components.
  • Test Strategy and Planning: Define test strategies that align with product and release goals. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to review requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Quality Ownership: Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through defect lifecycle tools. Drive root cause analysis for production bugs and ensure test coverage is updated.
  • Continuous Improvement: Mentor junior QA engineers and share knowledge of best practices in test automation. Recommend improvements in development and testing processes for higher product quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of Experience in Quality Automation Testing.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Hands-on experience in UI, API, backend automation (Selenium, Postman, Cucumber)
  • CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Strong skills in test strategy, defect tracking, and root cause analysis
  • Skilled in performance testing using JMeter Basic knowledge of Linux, virtualization, SQL/NoSQL, Kubernetes, and networking (TCP/IP).
