Finance Business Partner/FP&A Role

This position is ideal for an experienced finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact within our organization. As a key member of our finance team, you will serve as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire budgeting cycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive budget templates, facilitating data-driven decision making.

  • Analyze and evaluate budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage budget appeals and virements, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications.

  • Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and planning.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong working relationships and effective communication skills.
