**Job Title:** Infrastructure Support Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

The Infrastructure Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure. This involves providing day-to-day support for Linux systems, onsite AI hardware, and basic MySQL operations.

  • Provide configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting support for Linux systems.
  • Perform onsite support for AI hardware, including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in system monitoring, incident handling, and escalation when required.
  • Handle basic MySQL operations such as queries, updates, and troubleshooting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • ITE Certificate in Computer Science, IT, or related field (for IT Technician role).
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with Linux systems.
  • Familiarity with MySQL and database fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
