Vessel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Vessel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dry bulk vessels. As Person-in-Charge (PIC), you will be responsible for monitoring vessel positions, performance, and ensuring charterers' voyage instructions are executed in line with owners' charter party agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dry bulk carrier operations, preferably with experience in a shipowner or operator environment. You will be familiar with the IMOS system and charter party terms, and possess a basic understanding of marine insurance and claims handling with charterers.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in dry bulk carrier operations, preferably with a shipowner or operator.

  • Basic understanding of marine insurance and claims handling with charterers.
