Compensation Package:
We offer a highly competitive salary package for the successful candidate, estimated to be around SGD 80,000 - 110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities

Venture Corporation Limited is looking to add an Engineer, Facility in Singapore. The position will be based in our Univac Site in Woodlands.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Carrying out daily administration and technical support functions to Facilities Management (FM).
  • Preparing and following up on the Master Maintenance Schedule to ensure timely, high-quality work from vendors.
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal users, service partners, and vendors for efficient project completion and issue resolution.
  • Preparing Requests for Quotes (RFQs), gathering quotations, and creating justification summaries for management approval.
  • Raising purchase requests, managing budgets for facility and security operations, monitoring expenditures, and pursuing cost-effective solutions.
  • Creating site-related SOPs and guides for training technical personnel, developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
  • Conducting toolbox and safety briefings with vendors before starting work to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Implementing and overseeing security measures to protect company assets, employees, and visitors.
  • Managing security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling, and responding to incidents, including investigations and reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate records for all facility and security operations, preparing reports on facility performance, security incidents, and budget updates.
  • Working closely with internal departments to support their facility and security needs, aligning with HQ Facilities Management approaches.
  • Supporting additional venture sites with Facilities Management (FM) as a secondary backup.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possessing at least a Diploma in Engineering, Building Management, or any equivalent discipline.
  • Having at least 3 years of working experience in Facilities and Building Management.
  • Having experience in Managing Agent and Manufacturing background is an advantage.
  • Specializing in ACMV and Compressor Air System.
  • Experienced in Integrated Facilities Management for both soft and hard services.
  • LEW Electrical License (EMA) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft application.
  • A team player with good communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
