Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production process to ensure timely delivery of products. This involves forecasting demand, scheduling production orders, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize resources.

  • Forecasting and scheduling production orders based on demand and resource availability
  • Coordinating with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritize work and allocate resources effectively
  • Managing material planning, requisitions, and BOM/design change implementation to minimize delays and costs
  • Confirming orders based on material and capacity availability to ensure smooth production and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with purchasing teams to manage material deliveries and avoid excess inventory
  • Monitoring material availability to prevent stockouts and maintain production continuity
  • Preparing periodic reports (E&O, Buy-down claims) and ad-hoc management reports to inform business decisions
  • Ensuring timely closure of production orders for invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records
Requirements
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent team player, independent, proactive, and highly responsible individual
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and build relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with SAP/MRP knowledge preferred
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure to drive results
