Join Our Team as a Transformation Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation projects, driving sales growth, and developing strong client relationships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in HR consulting, with expertise in workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, organizational development, skills, and capabilities.

You will also have strong leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client engagements. Proven experience in generating new business and expanding existing client relationships is essential.

Able to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth, you will be a key player in our business development team.

With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be able to articulate understanding client needs, define project scope, and create solutions that drive success.

Able to engage internal and external stakeholders across all levels and interact with multiple teams, you will be an effective communicator and collaborator.

Experience in mentoring and developing consultants and junior team members is also desirable.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of large, complex HR consulting projects
  • Drive sales growth by increasing revenue from existing clients
  • Develop a strong client network and actively participate in business development activities
  • Identify and nurture upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on a daily basis
