Job Title

As a Platform Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to join a fastpaced, multiawardwinning Educational Technology Company that is a market leader in bringing immersive Virtual Reality (VR) learning experiences to classrooms worldwide.

Your role will involve managing, customizing, and enhancing the use of the Zoho suite of applications across various Teams. You will play a crucial part in improving operational efficiency, automating business processes, and providing technical support and training to ensure successful adoption of Zoho tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and manage the full suite of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Creator, Books, Desk, Subscriptions, Marketing Automation, Campaigns, and Flow.
  • Design and implement automated workflows, business rules, and approval processes.
  • Build and maintain custom applications in Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and thirdparty platforms using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier.
  • Create custom dashboards, reports, and analytics to support datadriven decisions.
  • Ensure system data integrity, consistency, and security across all Zoho platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support and resolutions.
  • Deliver user training, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Stay current with Zoho's new features and updates, recommending enhancements where applicable.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have hands on experience with multiple Zoho applications. You should also have strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho's automation capabilities.

You will need experience building custom applications in Zoho Creator and creating and managing API integrations and thirdparty connections. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of business processes and the ability to align them with system capabilities.

A strong analytical and problem solving skills are required, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to train and support end users at various technical levels is also essential.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and candidates must have at least 1 year of experience with Zoho applications and work authorization in India.
