Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to join our team at a leading financial institution in Singapore.

This role requires an experienced candidate with a deep understanding of the real estate investment landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

About the Position

As Investor Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with current and prospective investors.

You will be responsible for providing timely and transparent communication regarding fund performance, market trends, and other relevant updates.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Investor Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing timely and transparent communication regarding fund performance, market trends, and other relevant updates.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance investor confidence and support the overall business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on fund performance, financial results, and key performance indicators to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in investor relations within the real estate investment, developers, or financial services industry.
  • Experience in listed platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
