Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As an Environmental Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our environmental management plan is implemented and adhered to at all times.

  • Monitor and verify that the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is followed at all times.
  • Identify and recommend measures to minimize environmental impacts during the planning and design phases of projects.
  • Conduct regular surveillance, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with the EMP.
  • Compile and complete checklists to aid in the surveillance and inspection requirements.
  • Keep records of all activities and incidents concerning the environment on site.
  • Recommend penalties for contravention of the EMP.
  • Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programmes and Reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registration with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
  • Good knowledge of ECO Scheme and Environmental Laws.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
  • Excellent team player and able to work independently.
