We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at GUTCARE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the day-to-day operations of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with logistics providers to collect patient samples for analysis, ensuring timely delivery and efficient processing.
- Analyze samples, generate comprehensive reports, and upload results to our secure online platform.
- Compile and analyze data for monthly statistical reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available when needed, and that expiration dates are closely monitored.
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinating installations, refurbishments, repairs, and maintenance as required.
- Support license and agreement renewals, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Assess storage needs and manage our facility effectively, optimizing space utilization and efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or operations management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and data entry software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and vendors.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - SGD $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
