Job DescriptionAs a Lead Hardware Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end hardware product development lifecycle, from concept to production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, data science, and marketing, to align hardware solutions with the company's goals and values.
Estimated Salary: SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annumKey Responsibilities:- Project manage and oversee the development of consumer electronic products, ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software components.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for hardware products, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for hardware solutions, keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with external partners, factory vendors, and suppliers for product design, development, testing, and manufacturing.
- Lead and mentor junior CE Product Engineers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a team lead role with at least 5 years of experience in consumer electronic product development.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the consumer electronic or healthcare industry.
