Job Summary

CITY TOURS & CAR RENTALS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Captain to operate our Amphibious vehicles in Singapore city streets and waterways. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our passengers and crew while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of the Amphibious vehicles every morning and evening to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Navigation and Safety: Safely navigate the city streets and waterways of Marina Bay, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Passenger Management: Provide accurate passenger counts and maintain precise ticket counts, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain open communication with management and assist with the departure of the Amphibious vehicles, working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Professional Appearance: Convey a sense of professionalism in appearance, adhering to the company's dress code and grooming standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Possess a Steersman with or without Class 4 & Vocational license, and pass an approved eyesight test.
  • Availability: Be available to work on weekends and public holidays, as required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Hold CPR/First Aid Certification and be able to assist in safety drills and vehicle inspections.
