About Us:
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Growth Analytics professional to join our team. As a key member of the growth analytics team, you will play a critical role in helping us drive product adoption and measure the impact of our growth initiatives.
This role is based in Singapore and requires collaboration with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and more.
You will be responsible for identifying and quantifying opportunities to drive product adoption, designing and implementing experiments to measure the impact of growth initiatives, objectively measuring the performance of growth programs, and generating actionable insights.
You will also build scalable measurement frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making across teams, partner with growth, marketing, sales, and product teams to shape and execute growth strategy, and build predictive models to identify high-value users for the growth team to prioritize.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience and a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, Economics), as well as 2+ years of experience in growth analytics or a similar role.
The preferred qualifications include experience in technology, financial services, and/or a high-growth environment, strong skills in SQL and Python/R, and experience with data modeling.
