Job Description

National University of Singapore (NUS) operates one of the world's most extensive startup ecosystems, leveraging research and innovation capabilities alongside market connectivity.

The CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre serves as a convening platform for integrating cybersecurity programmes and talent development in Singapore.

It aims to create a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international stakeholders, including industry, academia, professionals, and government agencies.

This is a 2-year contract position (renewable). As a Programme Manager/Lead, you will:

  • Anchor the Growth pillar, conducting webinars and creating playbooks to provide Singapore-based cybersecurity companies with insights on global cybersecurity landscapes, business opportunities, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with industry experts and analysts to ensure resources remain relevant, actionable, and reflective of the latest trends and regulatory developments.

Overseas Conference Coordination:

You will coordinate and manage overseas business missions, facilitating first-hand market exposure for participating companies. This includes:

  • Organising briefings and preparatory workshops to ensure participating companies are well-versed in target market conditions, regulatory frameworks, and business cultures.
  • Planning and coordinating Singapore companies' participation in major international cybersecurity conferences and exhibitions.

Stakeholder Engagement and Business Matching:

You will identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders, including government agencies, business leaders, potential partners, and end-users in target markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating business matching and networking sessions to connect Singapore-based companies with qualified leads and strategic partners abroad.

Programme Reporting and Continuous Improvement:

You will collect feedback to assess programme impact and identify opportunities for improvement. Your tasks will include:

  • Preparing regular progress reports, case studies, and success stories to demonstrate outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
