Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in luxury property sales? We are actively seeking a highly accomplished real estate professional to join our team as a Residential Sales and Marketing Executive.

You will be responsible for driving business development, managing premium transactions, and providing end-to-end support to high-value clients. Your key responsibilities will include leading high-value residential sales assignments across South Delhi, acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients to build long-term relationships, executing transaction strategies from prospecting to closing, collaborating with internal teams and external partners for superior client delivery, and maintaining market intelligence and competitive insights.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in luxury residential property sales, possess extensive knowledge and experience in the South Delhi market, have a strong background in client servicing and business development, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of revenue generation and sales leadership, and a stable career progression within the relevant industry.

Candidates with a preferred industry background in luxury real estate firms or related fields will be given special consideration. If you have IPC experience, strong communication skills, local market understanding, and a stable career record, we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a compensation package. The standard business hours and immediate or up to 30 days notice period further define this challenging yet rewarding opportunity.
