Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our biology team in advancing proteomic workflows for human identification and other forensic-related research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge technologies for sample preparation and proteomic analysis.
  • Ensure high-quality proteomics data production.
  • Design and execute research projects involving genomics or other areas related to forensic biology.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduate Degree in biological sciences with experience in mass spectrometry, proteomics, protein sciences, biochemistry, or related life science disciplines.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant industry or research experience.
  • Strong background in Mass Spectrometry (MS) acquisition techniques, sample preparation, and analysis of proteomic data sets.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in leading a small team of researchers.
  • Knowledge/experience in Next-gen sequencing technology, genomics, bioinformatics, and/or computational biology.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical & reasoning skills, applies a logical methodical approach.
