Senior AI Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Strategist to drive our team of AI Engineers in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and oversee a team of AI Engineers, guiding them on technical knowledge, project management, and execution.
  • Project Coordination: Work with stakeholders to manage projects from start to end, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Ai Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • System Optimization: Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, pre-process, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Knowledge Enhancement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, implementing best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or relevant field.
  • At least 4-5 years' experience with AI/ML projects.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 2-3 AI Engineers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
