Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Finance Team as a Senior Accounts Executive. This role will involve managing the accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payment from customers and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payments, and credit control.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
