Job Title: Operational Leader - Private Banking

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operational processes and be able to lead and manage the Middle Office function for Private Banking in Singapore. Key Responsibilities include overseeing daily processes, driving process improvements, strengthening risk management framework, providing leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of middle office professionals, and partnering closely with Front Office, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to ensure end-to-end process alignment.

Key Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline.
  • At least 10–15 years of middle office / operations experience in Private Banking or relevant financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of private banking products and associated operational processes.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
