Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing equipment setup and assembly, involving vision, AOI, tape and reel machines, electrical and mechanical components.

Key duties include overseeing machine/module alignment, vision alignment, and calibrating machine checkout, as well as managing kit assembly, testing, and certification.

The successful candidate should possess a diploma in Engineering or NITEC with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in automation, mechanical, and electrical environments in the semiconductor industry.

Other requirements include understanding of machinery automation, electrical, servo sensor, and pneumatic systems, as well as ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and possess mechanical hands-on ability.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering, NITEC or Higher NITEC
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years relevant experience
  • Work experience in automation, mechanical and electrical environments in the semiconductor industry
  • Understanding of machinery automation, electrical, servo sensor and pneumatic system
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Mechanical hands-on ability
  • Positive attitude and proactive to learn by taking on additional job scope when necessary
