Cash Management Product Specialist

The role of Treasury Services Product Manager Analyst is to support the development and management of cash management products. The successful candidate will partner closely with Sales, Service, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure system stability and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the Payments Heads in analyzing market and competitor trends to identify wallet share and product positioning opportunities.
- Manage the life-cycle of Treasury Products with focus on payments, receivables, and liquidity optimization solutions.
- Develop new products, conduct risk assessments, and provide client solutioning along with regional Product teams and partners from Sales, Technology, Operations, Service, Implementation, Controls, Legal, and Compliance.
- Coordinate with subject matter expertise to resolve client and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with external regulations, internal policies, and frameworks, and industry changes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience in Cash Management Product.
- Good understanding of cash management trends, technology evolvement, and industry changes.
- Demonstrated independence and self-starter qualities with a client-first mindset.
- Project management experience with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Sales Operations, and Technology.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency or familiarity in RPA, Agile project, and Data Visualization tools would be an added bonus.
