We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our clinical operations team at JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator, responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating processes, and providing exceptional support to our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, promotion, and exit of specialist, non-specialist, and visiting medical staff.
- Plan and execute processes and approval for clinical training requests, sponsorships, and honorariums.
- Administer training and education hours, credentialing, and privileging required for the maintenance of medical practice.
- Arrange medical manpower, training sponsorship, productivity reports, and relevant reports for HOD, Clinical Manager, and Head, Ops and Planning Section.
- Assist in managing and coordinating departmental clinical workshops and events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
A competitive salary of SGD $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
